Set up email apps
Use webmail at mailme.nz/webmail, or add your address to any standard mail app with the settings below.
Server settings
| Value | |
|---|---|
| Email address / username | Your full address, e.g. you@mailme.nz |
| Password | Your mailme password (same as account login) |
| Incoming server (IMAP) | mail.websnz.co.nz |
| IMAP port | 993 with SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing server (SMTP) | mail.websnz.co.nz |
| SMTP port | 587 with STARTTLS (or 465 SSL if your app prefers it) |
| Authentication | Required for SMTP — same username and password |
If an app asks for “account type”, choose IMAP (not POP) so mail stays synced across devices.

Webmail
Sign in at /webmail/ with the same credentials. From your account you can open webmail with single sign-on when available.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot send — confirm SMTP auth is on and port 587 + STARTTLS
- Cannot receive — confirm IMAP 993 SSL and full email as username
- Wrong password — reset from account security if needed; wait a minute after password change
